Lynn Marcello is a New York-based commercial real estate finance professional. Her industry tenure spans 14 years across various roles in development, investment sales, and most recently, capital markets. Ms. Marcello’s expertise is sourcing debt and equity on behalf of national real estate owners and developers. By serving as a liaison between clients and capital sources such as banks, insurance companies, debt funds, and JV equity groups, she works to structure full capital stack solutions.
Ms. Marcello is well versed in capital transactions across asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and parking nationwide.
Prior to joining TermSt. in 2022, Ms. Marcello worked as Director of Capital Markets at B6 Real Estate Advisors in New York City. Ms. Marcello earned both a BA and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
